Lazy Sunday

Hi darling,

Haven't been doing anything today. Last night I came back quite early, around 1:30am but only slept at 4:30am 'cos of jet lag. I woke up at 11am, and just been watching tv and feeling very tired. I feel like sleeping, but scared that I won't be able to sleep later. We're going out for dinner with relatives later (bleah) because my cousin is back from Canada too. We're eating crab I think (again!).

I'm looking around for jobs. i'm quite keen to get a job with this local shoe company: www.charleskeith.com because they were started up by these two brothers and in a few years became very successful with a chain of stores in japan and middle east! Hoping to write to the boss and ask whether I can learn more on the job, otherwise i'll just apply as a regular admin person or something. I really want to learn how a product gets made from design to end product, and hopefully this is one way to do it. Wish me luck!

Went online to see if you're on MSN but no. How was the fireworks? Must've been fun!

Last night at the club, I didn't have to pay for entry because I asked the bouncer whether he knew if peishan was inside, and he was nice and let me go in to check. Later I wanted to buy a malibu coke and the bartender didn't charge me. I felt a bit weird though, again I can't make small talk, I think it's also cos I was trying to chat to one of tessa's friends and he isn't very good at small talk either. really quiet and stuff. peishan and steve were really nice though, so it was ok. left early with them. missed you all the time!

Think I'm going to take a short nap or at least watch more tv. My dad finally full subscribed to all the cable channels, so I've been channel surfing.

P.S. Quite horrified that the suspect they shot in london was brazilian! Talk about diplomatic disaster. I feel so terrible for the man's family.
